Who I Am

Sound found me at a moment when life was asking me to listen more deeply.

What began as curiosity slowly unfolded into a path, one that guided me through meditation, ancient healing traditions, and the profound language of vibration.

Today I hold spaces where sound becomes a bridge back to stillness, balance, and inner connection.

Through Nirvana Sound Healing, I invite people into experiences where the body can soften, the mind can quiet, and the deeper rhythms within us can be remembered.

Path & Practice

My Journey

My path into sound healing has been both structured and intuitive, shaped by academic study, professional experience, and a deep personal search for meaning.

I studied Economics and later completed a Master's in Public Administration in Melbourne. My early career unfolded within multinational corporate environments before transitioning into digital marketing and later public relations and communications. These roles taught me the power of strategy, storytelling, and human connection.

Yet beneath the movement of the corporate world, I felt a growing pull toward something quieter; a deeper exploration of presence, consciousness, and healing.

Over time this curiosity led me into meditation, mindfulness, and sound.

Beginnings

Discovering Sound

My exploration eventually took me to Nepal, where I spent time in a Buddhist monastery and was first introduced to the profound effects of Himalayan sound healing.

What began as a personal experience soon revealed itself as something I felt called to share.

Rather than only traveling to learn, I invited my teachers to Egypt — a land I carry deeply within me, where ancient healing wisdom flows through water and desert alike.

For three months we traveled across the country, deepening the practice in landscapes that felt sacred to me. Our journey moved across some of my favorite places — from the Mediterranean coast to the Red Sea towns of Nuweiba and Dahab, through desert stillness and into the vibrant energy of Cairo.

In these spaces, sound healing met the timeless energy of Egypt.

During this time, we began recording spontaneous sound sessions — capturing the vibrational essence so it could continue to support my work when I began practicing independently.

Grounding

Rooting the Practice

After my teachers departed, I took time to deepen my relationship with the practice.

Rather than rushing to offer sessions, I felt it was important to first ground the work within myself — learning to hold space with clarity, intention, and care.

This period became one of quiet integration.

I developed personal rituals of preparation and energetic cleansing before each session, creating spaces where people could feel safe to relax, release, and reconnect with themselves.

Sound healing, for me, is not simply about instruments or technique. It is about presence — the ability to listen deeply and allow vibration to move naturally through the body and the space.

Only after this time of grounding did I begin to open sound journeys to others.

The Spaces

Sound Journeys Across Egypt

As my practice began to unfold, the spaces themselves became part of the healing experience. Each location carried its own energy — shaping the sound, the silence, and the way people connected with the journey.

Pyramids of Giza

A private guesthouse at the footsteps of Khufu — the Great Pyramid of Giza — where participants rested within view of one of the most powerful ancient structures on Earth, allowing vibration and history to meet in stillness.

The Art Gallery

Where light, colour, and sound awakened the senses in unexpected ways, creating a contemporary sanctuary for deep listening.

Reef Stillness — The Farm

A quiet farmland oasis — a hidden pocket of nature within Cairo's beautiful chaos, where the sounds of bowls blended with wind, trees, and open sky.

And soon, in the vast stillness of the Sahara Desert — where sound journeys will unfold beneath endless horizons — returning to the primal silence from which all vibration begins.

Growth

Expanding the Practice

Over time my sound practice expanded to include crystal singing bowls and the handpan, instruments whose tones resonate deeply within the body.

My journey later brought me to Japan, where I began Reiki training and expanded my instruments and acquired a set of clear crystal quartz singing bowls tuned to the notes C–F–A — adding new layers of resonance and clarity to the sound journeys I create.

Today I continue to share sound healing as a living and evolving practice.

Through Nirvana Sound Healing, I weave together vibrational medicine with the mystic landscapes of Egypt — the stillness of the desert, the movement of water, and the deep energetic memory carried by this land.

Each sound journey becomes an invitation:
to pause,
to listen,
and to reconnect with the deeper harmony that already lives within us.
